Eight steps lead up to Snowdonia Cottage, a two-bedroom property in the village of Tanygrisiau that sleeps four. The ground floor holds a living room with woodburner, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with distinctive handmade bunk beds, each with its own television. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can prepare full meals rather than relying on takeaways. There is an enclosed garden with seating and furniture, and private parking for two cars. The cottage sits on a slope, which means eight further steps down to the garden itself. No smoking inside.
