The Bothy House is a mid-terrace property in Porthmadog, a short walk from the coast and local pubs. Spread across three floors, it sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms: a double and a super-kingsize on the first floor (the latter convertible to twin beds), and an attic twin accessed via paddle stairs. There is one family bathroom with bath and shower.
The ground floor contains the main living areas—an open-plan lounge and dining room with seating for six, plus a well-stocked kitchen featuring an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A private patio at the rear provides outdoor seating. The property does not permit smoking.
The attic bedroom may not suit those with limited mobility due to access via paddle stairs. Families will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided. Parking is available on the roadside.
