Ty Capel Gosen
Gwynedd
Half a mile from the coast in Gwynedd, Ty Capel Gosen stands next to what was once a Welsh chapel. The property itself was built as the minister's residence and retains the character of that earlier life—exposed beams run through the rooms, and a multi-fuel burner warms the living area on cooler days. The cottage is your own for the duration of your stay, with parking for two cars on site and a courtyard garden with seating.
Two bedrooms accommodate four guests: one with a kingsize bed, the other with a double. There is one shower room. Downstairs, the living room has a TV and DVD player, while the kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, microwave, washing machine and the usual appliances. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. One dog can stay free of charge. The cottage does not permit smoking.
The beach is a short walk away, and the Llyn Peninsula's sandy stretches lie within easy reach. Caernarfon Castle and the Welsh Highland Railway are accessible for day trips. A shop stands just 100 yards from the door; pubs and restaurants are five miles away.
