The four bedrooms—two with king beds, two with singles—sit across two floors, with two bathrooms between them. Downstairs there is a living room with woodburner and television, plus a kitchen-diner fitted for actual cooking, and a shower room. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, and there is initial fuel for the wood burner as well.

The property stands on the edge of Foryd Bay in Gwynedd, a location that puts the Wales Coast Path within walking distance and Snowdonia National Park within easy reach. A pebble-backed sandy beach is accessible from the coastal path; the bay itself is an RSPB reserve and designated Site of Special Scientific Interest. Caernarfon, with its castle, shops and restaurants, is four miles away. One pet is welcome. Outside there is an enclosed garden with furniture, private parking for two cars, and an electric car charging point (charged separately). No smoking inside. The nearest shop and restaurant are two and a half miles away, and there is a pub serving food a mile off. Three-step entrance to the property.
