Talysarn sits in the foothills of Snowdonia, where the landscape opens into valleys and the coastline lies within reach. Ty Tarth is a cottage for three, set back from the road with a tiered garden that steps down through different levels—the upper reaches command views across the valley. One dog can stay free, though the surrounding countryside is working farmland where sheep graze, so lead-walking is essential.
Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with a wood burner, a separate dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and a washer-dryer. Two bedrooms sit upstairs—a double bed in the main room, and in the second a high single bunk and a sofa bed (flexible sleeping for the third guest). The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. A travel cot and highchair are available. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and all heating are included; you pay only for what you use beyond that.
The garden has a gas barbecue and space to sit. Steps lead up to the cottage entrance. Anyone with limited mobility should note the tiered garden layout and internal stairs. The village gives access to Snowdonia and its walking routes, while the coast is driveable away.
