Tyn Y Maen comes ready for a group holiday: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook properly—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Three bedrooms sleep six; there's a double and four single beds across them. Two bathrooms serve the property, one in the main house and a second shower in the external utility room, which also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has a woodburner and Freeview TV, though doors open onto the garden where most time gets spent.

Outside is where this place distinguishes itself. The large garden includes a sitting area with furniture, a fire pit and BBQ, plus bike storage in the utility room—useful for kayaks and paddleboards if you're exploring locally. A step runs through the garden. Parking accommodates three cars on site. The property is detached, so you have it entirely to yourselves; one dog is welcome at no extra cost. No smoking indoors.

Caernarfon lies 15 minutes away, home to the castle, shops, restaurants and the Welsh Highland Railway into Snowdonia. Beaches at Dinas Dinlle and Llanfairfechan are about 20 minutes' drive.
