Garndolbenmaen sits in quiet countryside on the Lleyn Peninsula, within reach of Porthmadog's harbour and steam railway, Criccieth's beach and castle, and miles of walking country beneath Snowdonia's peaks. Dutch Barn One is a semi-detached conversion at Ymwlch Barns, a small complex of rural holiday lets on a working farm.

The property has two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a zip-and-link that converts to a kingsize or splits into singles—and two bathrooms including a walk-in shower. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with French doors to the garden, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and Freesat television. Underfloor heating keeps the ground floor warm; the first floor has electric heating. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A private enclosed courtyard contains a hot tub for four and a barbecue.

Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. The site has parking for two cars and an EV charging point (charged separately). Smoking is not permitted. The surrounding lanes and footpaths fill with snowdrops in winter and bluebells in spring; the beach and various local restaurants are a short drive away.
