Bought for us as a present. What a great experience! A little bit rudimentary, but to be honest all the better for it. Highly recommended

Be aware, don't go if you are a bigger guy (I'm 105kg) the go-carts are very weight dependent and it's really not fun putting your foot down to the floor and falling behind everyone else. No way to adjust the go-cart and absolutely no effort made by staff to make it a level playing field. Driving around the track 100 yards behind your friends is pointless and no staff gave a damn that I was not enjoying the experience even when I said that I wasn't going to continue as there was no point. The quad bikes are tiny. I have owned proper quad bikes and these ones that our group were offered after the go-carts are what I would call 'kids sized'.

It was a fun day of for me and a few mates who decided we wanted to try something a little different to the usual stuff we have tried in the past. we contacted the guys at short notice but the made room for us and we didn't feel rushed, even when we turned up late. was great fun, small minor was that the buggies as such weren't really the same 2 were faster then the others so annoyed some of the more competitive people but overall good experience would recommend.

From reviewing the website you may note that there’s no online booking tool. Contacted the company a few weeks prior to intended date through the email provided and also the “quick enquiry” tool (due to shift pattern usually unable to contact via telephone during opening hours). In the enquiry included preferred time, how many people and even detailed that it was for a 60th birthday celebration. Received a (quite short) email back that they had already responded via the quick enquiry and that there was availability for this date, I requested if this could be booked. Didn’t hear anything back so had assumed this was then booked. I appreciate that this could be an error on my part, could have clarified further however I dedicate this 1 star review to the awful customer service provided on the proposed day of. Checked the website for directions a few hours prior and realised that opening times stated 13:00 ( conflicting as had been told that 12:00 was available). Phoned the contact number provided on the website and spoke to a gentleman that was extremely dismissive. He told me that he had responded to my email stating that payment needed to be made over the phone for confirmation ( I have checked every folder including spam and this is not present). When asked if there was anything that could be done, alternative etc as it was a 60th birthday present, siblings that have travelled across the country for the celebration etc, the gentleman audibly scoffed and stated that it wasn’t his problem. I appreciate the general situation appears to largely be a misunderstanding however I’m surprised by the contemptuous attitude from a company that appears to pride itself in family fun.
