About Fishers & Woodcot Caravan Parks
Fishers & Woodcot sits on Hayling Island, a Hampshire peninsula ringed by creeks, mud flats and sailing water. The island's narrow lanes and waterside setting give it the feel of a working maritime community rather than a seaside resort. The park itself is within easy reach of Mengeham Rythe Sailing Club and the creeks that define the island's character—good for anyone drawn to the water or simply wanting to explore quiet, undeveloped coastline.
The site has showers for guests. A supermarket is just up the road, and the wider island offers the kind of low-key beach and creek access that appeals to those wanting to escape busier holiday spots. Hayling Island's appeal is understated: narrow roads, sailing heritage, and the sense of being on a proper working island rather than a polished destination.

What visitors say
Beautiful setting on an inlet from the sea. Sunrise over the water is spectacular. Facilities are well kept and clean. The warden is an amazing character that is very engaging and happy to help and advise on local sights. The ladies in the cafe are very nice and give a friendly atmosphere along with some very tasty bar food. Worth a trip here just for the coffee. The site is locked between 11pm and 7am so you feel secure and safe. While we were there it was very quiet at night, so sleep was not a problem.
