Paid for breakfast in my booking, but no breakfast at the property. No refund. No shower gel or soap. TV remote didn't work. Update: they have refunded me 2//3 of the breakfast cost.

We stayed 1 night , the room was dirty with food scraps and dead bugs on the floor No Hot Water at all , pillows and bed needs to be replaced as you could feel the springs digging into ourselves No breakfast or any meals provided, but their ad says that they do Wouldn’t Recommend

My family visited the last week of August and it wasn’t great. The room was on the top floor, which with a baby was very tricky going up and down each day! There were various things that didn’t work or barely worked and it felt like our most relaxing time was spent out and about. And it wasn’t cheap either :( They did make the bed every morning which was great. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Great value for money comfortable room(pillows need replacing)This is not a 5 star hotel but is a lovelyB&B. Needs attention to finer cleaning details and ensure all areas are working and dust free(missing light bulb). Nice breakfast good value good produce. Great service nice friendly staff. The web site needs updating as some information and photos are out of date and misleading (breakfast £8.50 really £11). This is a value for money B&B
