We stayed in the Master ‘Piece’ room. What a lovely room. Exactly like the pictures show. Nice and clean. Bed is really comfortable. Access is easy with a coded main door. Shower is clean and plenty powerful. WiFi works well. Brilliant view and great location. Will definitely be returning. Only problem is parking but that’s nothing to do with the owners of this beautifully kept building. Literally opposite the beach and minutes from the shops arcades, pubs and restaurants

We had two rooms here. Rooms where spotless. Everything was lovely in the room. stairs to climb to get to our rooms which was a struggle to top floor. I did read this in the information but didn't think they would be so step. Easy check in and out. Great communication. Fast response. Perfect location in the old town.

3 night weekend stay in the 'ringmaster' rduring a heatwave, the attic room remarkably hot but fan and opening window made it bearable. A low ceiling room and the smoke alarm irritatingly placed where you are likely to walk into it most often. In all other respects the room clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, handy fridge. Centrally placed on the seafront, I enjoyed the comings and goings outside (Hastings can be lively at the weekend) but still a surprisingly tranquil nights sleep on a good matress. Would recommend and use again

Stayed here for 2 nights, great location right near old town. This hotel is not accessible for disabled people, steep stairs take you up to your room. Check-in is inside the chip shop below. Would stay at this location again.
