About Premier Inn Hastings North A21 hotel

Hastings' Old Town, seafront pier and the East Hill funicular are all within striking distance of Premier Inn Hastings North A21 hotel, making it a practical base for exploring the town without worrying about where to leave the car. Golf, fishing and horse riding are also available nearby for those wanting to venture beyond the coast, alongside a scattering of pubs and restaurants for evenings out.

The hotel itself has 73 rooms spread across four floors, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. Accessible rooms and a lift are available, and free on-site parking can be arranged simply by registering a vehicle at reception. A restaurant and bar serve food and drink on site, with breakfast also available, and 24 hour reception and luggage storage add convenience for early arrivals or late departures.

Staff are noted for being helpful, and the parking and dining options are consistently appreciated, with prices generally considered good value. Some rooms have been reported as showing signs of wear, and the layout of the building can take a moment to get your bearings, so it is worth asking reception for directions on arrival.

Well lets start at check-in two staff at the counter but only one serving, if paying by cash couldnt give change so hopefully you have exact money. Didnt have enough staff so room was not ready even though we got there 1 hour after check- in time. Now the layout was a joke you feel like a mouse in a maze. Then the rooms bed was hard didnt have a good night sleep, hooks missing on bathroom door, extractor fan not working, the shower was so skinny one shoulder was touchung the glass and the otherone touching the wall. The toilet wasnt properly cleaned. The staff it all felt like the couldnt be bothered to be there maybe that is just because they are under staffed. Can easily say i would never go back.

What you see is what you get. Not bad breakfast. Exterior of the place is a bit tired and corridor layout is a bit weird. Signage to reception is a bit hard to follow from car park. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfy.

Decent location, staff are helpful. The restaurant being attached is ideal and they have a little softplay, so it's perfect for families with small children. 👍

A good little hotel which served as a base for our stay in the area. We managed to get to Battle and Bodiam castle easily from here. We stayed for one night. Room was good and warm. Nice to have the restaurant on site which was fine too. If we were back in the area we probably would return.
