This is a great bnb for short stays, the hosts are welcoming and very friendly, serving nice English breakfast. The location was perfect also, close to the seaside and old town - popular tourist sites. No complaints as such , but very little room service is all. Other than that it ticks all boxes.

We never go on staycations but what a good choice for a first time! Fiona and Iain were so lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was great with lots of options. They took their time to have a conversation with us and the other couples during breakfast which I thought was really nice. The room was great with lovely surroundings and it was so quiet the whole time we were there - we’d definitely come back! Thank you both - we wish you all the best and hopefully see you again soon. Our stay here for 6 days was very enjoyable. The location is superb; it is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the city. We could leave our car securely parked in front of the house while we spent time in Hastings. Breakfast was well-done and filling with a variety of items which one could choose from day to day. Since it was so good I picked the same for the 6 days that we stayed there. The local fox(es) appeared on the driveway and in the meadow next door very often.

Lovely place to stay,Fiona was welcoming and a lovely host. The room was lovely,tea and coffee,mini fridge ,hairdryer and toiletries all supplied. The breakfast was 10/10👍 Will be staying again later in the year. Lynn & Simon
