What visitors say
Amazing leicure center with top customer service. The fold in the canteen would need a bit of improvement but overall its nice for families

I emailed the leisure centre solely to ask for information on how to make a formal complaint. My email did not include any details about what the complaint would be regarding. Despite this, before I had received any response from the gym itself, I received an Instagram message from a personal trainer stating, “I understand you’ve contacted the gym to complain.” I find this deeply concerning. Not only had the gym failed to acknowledge or respond to my email directly, but it appears that my private correspondence was being discussed internally and shared with staff members who were not the intended recipients. The fact that a member of staff then contacted me through a social media platform regarding a private email raises serious concerns about confidentiality, professionalism, and the handling of customer information

We visited the soft play today with my 3 year old and 8 month old. It looked promising when we arrived but sadly the first impressions did not live up to expectations. A cable tied makeshift lock secured the toddler area which was a small softplay frame and ballpit. The baby corner consisted of a tired walker, a disgustingly dirty jumperoo with food smeared into it and a hazardous bouncer. We sat in the padded area to play with some balls and it was pleasant. The main frame was too chaotic for my little one so we stayed in the toddler area. Then came a family with unruly children with no manners. A flock of them with either shoes on or bare feet. Aged 2-10 all scrambling around without a thought for anyone. The staff looked on not bothering to address the footwear issue as one child nearly kicked my 3 year old in the head with her gold sandals! Adults with their phones playing loudly and chattering away. It became so uncomfortable and unsafe we had to leave. The basic and unsanitary conditions were not great but the lack of enforcement of basic societal rules made the visit unpleasant. We shall not be visiting this place again.

Nice swimming pool and showers. Decent temperature, fairly warm. Friendly staff £1 or padlocks for lockers. Easy parking, but it's pay and display by card . Not sure whether machines accept cash.
