Cockles Beach House

Hayling Island offers watersports, coastal walks and traditional seaside attractions within easy reach. This beachfront property sits on the edge of it all, with the shore accessible directly from the garden and the island's various activities minutes away by car or foot.

Cockles Beach House has four bedrooms across three floors: ground floor offers two bedrooms with single and kingsize beds, both with ensuite showers; the first floor contains a further double bedroom with ensuite, plus a separate kitchen and living area with doors onto a veranda; the second floor has the final kingsize bedroom with a full bathroom. All five bathrooms have heated towel rails. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A hot tub seats five people in the back garden, which opens onto the beach. The property sleeps eight and has parking for one car on site.

The house suits families and groups wanting space to spread out. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
