About ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport
Bath Road runs straight past Heathrow, and traffic to the terminals is constant, yet ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport manages to feel calmer than its setting suggests. Sitting in Hayes on the Greater London side of the airport, the hotel gives easy access to flights without putting guests in the thick of runway noise, and buses to the terminals make the last stretch of the journey straightforward.
The hotel has 153 rooms spread across four floors, with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and family rooms among the options, plus accessible rooms for those who need them. Guests get a restaurant and bar on site, a snack bar, and breakfast available, along with meeting rooms for anyone travelling on business. Additional practical touches include an electric vehicle charge point, luggage storage and on-site parking, though this is chargeable.
Staff are consistently helpful, which goes some way to explaining the sense of quiet many notice despite the location. Rooms are generally spacious and represent good value, though maintenance can be patchy in places. Beyond the hotel, Hayes town centre and a scattering of pubs and restaurants sit nearby, useful for an evening meal before an early flight.
What guests say
My first stay was pretty good. Room temperature was comfortable and it was clean. My second stay was subpar. I was in a room over the bridge. It was hot, noisy and not particularly comfortable. The AC was set to 19 but it was in the mid to high 20s. I think I was only able to sleep because I'd be up almost 24 hours. The bar has a nice selection but the restaurant... isn't great. I was super hungry so decided to have a burger. I would not be surprised if it was poor quality scrapings. So rubbery and it had a strange taste. I would also like to be told when I have a drinks voucher to use instead of finding out by accident.

The room was clean and comfortable. The reception, bar and dining staff did not create a friendly atmosphere. I asked the reception staff questions when checking-in and checking-out. The questions were related to parking at the hotel and a taxi to Heathrow Airport. On both occasions the reply was abrupt and unfriendly. At breakfast there were three couples in the dining area. The waiter stood by the payment station occasionally attending to the presentation of the food. But let the empty plates, etc pile-up on the tables instead of clearing the tables.

Location was great and short bus ride away from terminal. Room super clean and adequate for a stay for early flight. Only reason not a 10 was food wasn’t the best however all else was great.

Check in started badly, with no acknowledgement of being a member of their ALL loyalty scheme.Room was adequate although feel it is time that a refresh was considered. Thankfully the on site restauarant was still up to standard, with good quality and fair prices considering the near airport location. Obviously very convenient for all terminals at Heathrow

Guests consistently praise this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent value for money, convenient bus access to terminals, and the friendly, helpful staff who contribute to a quiet environment despite the hotel's proximity to Heathrow Airport. The peaceful atmosphere is a notable feature appreciated by many visitors.
Some reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained.
