A cooked-to-order breakfast with plenty of choice is one of the highlights at Premier Inn London Hayes Heathrow North A4020, served alongside evening meals and drinks in the attached Beefeater restaurant and bar. Staff are consistently attentive, which makes up for the fact that some of the 86 rooms are showing their age and could do with freshening up.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, Freeview TV and Hypnos beds, with accessible rooms available on request. The hotel has three floors, 24 hour reception, and chargeable on-site parking to the front of the building, useful given its position near the M4, M25 and M40.
Beyond the hotel itself, guests can find golf, fishing and horse riding nearby, along with pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach for those who fancy a change from the in-house menu. It's a straightforward, well-placed base for travellers passing through Hayes rather than a destination in itself.

Room was just unbelievable. The hotel is undergoing a renovation and the floor I was probably just finished. Very spacious room with aircondition, hdmi plug on the wall (it works) to connect your device, plugs next to the bed with usb and usb c ports. I paid for the ultimate wifi and it was brilliant. Plenty of parking available but chargable. Breakfast was delicious as usual. You order hot food and there is a buffet for the continental. Restaurant and bar open at 5pm.

Great attention at reception even if you arrive late at night. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. They have a great breakfast choice. At breakfast our highlight to mention was Jade, she was absolutely amazing explaining everything and took great care of us! She made us feel at home. We will be back soon! Thank you for everything

The rooms are very dated, the toilet kept getting blocked. The water was very hot in the shower and the tap was so stiff that we couldn’t alter the temperature. The light above the mirror also wasn’t working. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade, we usually stay at the M4/J4 but chose Hayes due to it being nearer to the function that we were attending. There are EV chargers on site which were really useful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was slow but when it arrived was piping hot and worth the wait. Not bad value for money but would have scored higher if the rooms were better.

Came here for breakfast with a friend. Parked up and as I was walking in, I noticed a young lady (Jade) on her break and asked her about how breakfast works etc. She was amazing, she dropped everything immediately, walked us through to the breakfast room and took our order - ensuring we were happy and settled before going back on break. As someone who’s worked in hospitality, I have to say her customer service and approach was amazing. THANK YOU JADE! You are a credit to Premier Inn hotels. I hope that small gesture to you which was massive to us is recognised and rewarded. We will definitely be returning!
