The rooms at Heathrow Inn Hotel were as advertised and were adequate for a short stay. There were a few shortcomings with the room and facilities that could definitely be improved, but they weren't deal-breakers. The biggest positive was the staff. Anna, Halima, and Ehsaan were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent hospitality really made the stay much more pleasant. Overall, a good stay with little room for improvement, but the outstanding customer service from the staff is what stood out the most.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The food was also delicious, with a good variety of options available for breakfast and other meals. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely visit again! And there is a staff member anna is very nice 🙂

I have stayed at Heathrow Inn a few times now for work purposes as it is very close to the station. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean. There is parking available right outside which is great. Many shops near by if you wanted to get some food including a local supermarket. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere local to Hayes & Harlington Station. Thank you
