I booked my son to come her today and when we arrived a lot of the things were closed and it was dirty and gross staff were not helpful we had just seen people on the jump airbags but 10mins later we’re told it won’t open again until 3pm

NO AIR CONDITIONING. No notification on the website, no email sent out cancellation policy states cancellation to be made at least 24 hours in advance. The only notice we had of No air con on one of the hottest days of the year was a sheet of paper taped to the door. Appalling in all honesty. No acceptance of cancellation even given extreme circumstances. Not even one fan in the building for the kids.

We booked our child’s party here mid-afternoon and our host was excellent. That aside, this place is proper dirty and grubby, bits of play equipment is broken and it all needs tidying up. The toilets as shown in picture had wet loo roll slapped on the walls that had dried, the toilets pans need a scrub also. Clearly they don’t check the toilets on a Sunday as shown by their own cleaning sheet. No air conditioning (although it was installed) and the temperature became unbearable. The whole experience means we will never consider coming back. 1 extra star solely because the host was brilliant.

First of all amazing place to take the kids for a fun day out, however on two occasions there has been some annoying or rude child, to be honest that is what you'll get when you go out to a place crammed with children. The problem was the staff did not do anything about it even when a child was crying in pain beacause of some other random kid. Even other parents who saw what was happening voiced their concerns to staff and yet nothing was done about it. I do understand that the staff can't grab anyone or anything like that but atleast tell them to stop or if it does get to that point kick them out. I would also like to point out that in one incident everything happend infront of staff and in the other one child was left crying and multiple other children told staff and workers there and yet nothing happened.
