What visitors say
Max and Steve are such lovely hosts! The booking process was really easy and we had great communication regarding our stay, directions, etc. What a fabulous bonus that you can turn up at your own discretion, we were there by 8am to make the most of the beautiful, surrounding area! Loved the easy access to the field (leading down onto the road to eventually take you to the beach) via the security gate. We saw deer in the field and could hear nothing but birdsong. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Booking was really easy. Welcoming friendly emails received upon enquiry. We were welcomed upon arrival by Max and her partner. Really lovely couple who gave us a tasty punnet of fruit and advised us on where everything was kept aswell as providing us with maps of the village etc.. . Its quite clear they are both huge animal lovers and want you to enjoy your stay. The grounds are kept impeccably clean, tidy and well kept. The pitch space was huge! We had so much room to use. Water and electric is next to your pitch which makes life so much easier. Bin area with dog wash station was clean and tidy. Really useful field adjacent for walking your pups in, and the grounds are close to all local amenities, Winterton is such a beautiful village. We stayed 3 nights and didnt want to come back home! You can see that they have put alot of hard work and thought into the grounds, it was such a lovely friendly beautiful place to stay. Were already planning a trip to come back! Thank you so much guys!

What a lovely well maintained site for self contained vans, and is the most doggy friendly site we have ever been on. Max & Steve are so friendly and helpful and make you feel so welcome from the time you turn up. The lovely beach is a short walk away (20 mins) and the local chippy is defo worth a visit. Great dog walk through the gate and there is also a dog groomer and enclosed dog park/ agility on site but booking is a must. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay on a very level grass pitch.

A very warm hello from owners Max and Steve, complete with a welcome bowl of fruit, maps of local walks and information about the village all added to a super start to our stay. The site was immaculate with very spacious pitches. We stayed 3 nights but could easily have stayed longer as the village had great facilities and being so close to the open expanse of beaches and sand dunes (as well as bus routes, which we didn't have time to use) we had plenty to explore. We spent one day cycling round nearby Martham Broads and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. We hope to return to make the most of this area again. Highly recommend without any reservations.
