About Phyllis Court Club
Phyllis Court Club suits those after a slower-paced stay by the water, or a special occasion, rather than a quick overnight stop. Set on Marlow Road in Henley-on-Thames, it pairs historic character with the sort of facilities that make it a popular choice for weddings, with a dedicated bridal suite and meeting rooms also available for those combining business with leisure.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and family rooms and accessible rooms are available, so the property caters to a range of travelling parties, including those with children thanks to kids' meals and packed lunches on request. Guests can eat in the restaurant or take advantage of room service, drinks in room and laundry service, while the gym, indoor swimming pool and spa/sauna give reason to stay on-site rather than venture straight out. Gardens, a picnic area and outdoor seating add further space to relax, and free on-site parking is provided.
Beyond the grounds, the area offers cycling and walking routes, fishing, golf and watersports nearby, along with pubs, restaurants and entertainment within reach for evenings out. It's a fitting base for anyone wanting Henley-on-Thames at a gentle pace, with plenty to occupy the day close by.
