Chancery View

Chancery View is a newly built detached house near Ross-on-Wye, sleeping up to 13 across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's designed for larger groups and family gatherings, with a games room on the ground floor that holds darts, pool and table tennis. The open-plan kitchen and dining area runs across the back of the house with patio doors onto the garden; the living room faces the front. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed plus a pull-out double, and both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have en suites with shower cubicles and heated towel rails. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has a bunk bed (double below, single above) and a separate toilet. The remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fitted out for cooking: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine all come as standard. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. There's private parking for six cars, and the back garden has a sitting area with furniture. The village of Gorsley is countryside, but Ross-on-Wye is close by for shops and restaurants. The Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and Cotswolds are all within reach for days out. No smoking throughout the property.
