Ross-on-Wye and the wider Herefordshire countryside are close by, making this a convenient base for exploring the market town's Georgian architecture, riverside walks, and local independent shops. The surrounding hills offer good walking country, and the county has several cider producers and orchards worth visiting if you're interested in that side of things.
Pod Two is a single open-plan space on the ground floor with a double bed and a double sofa bed (the sofa bed is for children). The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday convenience food, there's a wood burner in the living area, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle. Underfloor heating and initial fuel for the burner are included, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, a decked patio has garden furniture and a barbecue. One dog can stay free, and there's a fenced garden so pets can be let out safely—the local area is sheep country, so dogs do need to be kept on a lead elsewhere. Parking is allocated on site, about 55 yards away, with additional road parking available.
The glamping site has shared facilities including a games room, a firepit area with seating, and a pizza oven for communal use. The whole pod is yours alone during your stay, and smoking is not permitted inside.
