This substantial barn conversion retains the character of rural working buildings while offering generous accommodation spread across three storeys. Exposed beams and rough stone walls run throughout, and the first-floor living space capitalises on views across farmland to take in the wider countryside. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to 13 people, with three of the bedrooms having their own ensuite facilities. The kitchen and dining room occupy one space, equipped for cooking and cleaning; a separate sitting room has a television and CD player for quieter evenings.
Bedrooms include a mix of double and single beds—three bedrooms have both. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. Throughout the property, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided as standard, along with oil central heating to counter the Herefordshire winter. A timber deck at first-floor level opens onto the grounds, where a patio, garden furniture and barbecue serve as outdoor extensions in warmer months. Parking for up to six cars sits on the property itself.
One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost. The location works well for those seeking countryside quiet: Bromyard's shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, while the Malverns, Wye Valley and Welsh Borders are all easily reached by car. The grounds have some significant changes in level, so this is worth noting if you have young children or mobility concerns. No smoking throughout.
