Herefordshire's market towns and countryside draw visitors year-round, and Hop Bine puts you within reach of Bromyard's pubs and restaurants as well as the Malvern Hills and Welsh Borders beyond. The property occupies one half of a converted barn on a working farm, with the character of its former hop kiln preserved in exposed beams and rough stone walls. It sleeps 13 across five bedrooms: ground-floor options with a double bed and shower room, plus four further doubles upstairs (one with an additional single, another with bunks). You get four bathrooms in total.
The kitchen-dining area has underfloor heating and full facilities for cooking and entertaining. A wood-burning stove, TV and piano fill the living space. Outside, a private hot tub overlooks countryside views towards the Malverns. There's garden furniture and a barbecue on the patio. Parking is on site, and the essentials—linen, towels, electricity and wifi—are included. Note that the grounds contain significant drops, and the property does not permit smoking.
Pets stay free. The whole property is yours alone, with check-in from 15:00 and departure by 10:00.

Checked into room 9 working away, tv was parental locked receptionist had absolutely no idea what we meant said it is our problem, so we had no tv for our stay, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2010 cobwebs everywhere dust about 5 mm thick on surfaces, bathroom had mould and plaster falling from the ceiling all the plumbing was the wrong way around, towels provided to dry ourselves where just about big enough to wrap around one leg overall terrible experience would not recommend.

Different....... let's go with different! When we arrived, ours was the only car in the car park; which made me a bit uneasy about leaving the car overnight. The whole check-in experience was weird, and the entrance is very tired looking. The room was actually really nice, though it could do with a bit of t.l.c. Not an awful place, but it could be so much better.

No one to greet me. Instructed to ring a telephone number which didn’t work. I had to ask a guest who was returning to there room to give me the correct number. Saw no one from the hotel. Was left written instructions on where to find my key. Grotty and cluttered. Luckily I was only staying one night through lack of choices.

I stayed at this hotel in April, paying cash for the room directly to the owner. We agreed that if we didn't stay the full duration, she would refund the amount. The booking was for 10 days at £550, but she demanded an additional £200, bringing the total to £750. After staying for 5 days, my husband had to return to Scotland urgently, so we checked out and requested a refund for the remaining balance, as agreed upon before paying in cash. However, several days have passed, and the owner still hasn't returned the money. 🥹🥲 It was a terrible stay and I felt cheated by this hotel owner. 😢🥺🥹😭
