Jinney Ring is a terraced cottage at Mocktree Barns, a converted farm complex on the Shropshire-Herefordshire border between Ludlow and Mortimer Country. The whole property sleeps four: three bedrooms (one double, two singles) and one bathroom with shower. The ground floor is open-plan living and dining with a kitchen equipped for self-catering—electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine included. Upstairs are the bedrooms. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are covered; a travel cot and highchair are available.

The cottage shares a courtyard garden with tables and chairs for summer eating, and there's an electric car charging point on site plus parking for three vehicles. Dogs stay free. A pub is within a mile. This location works well for walkers and explorers: Ludlow lies seven miles away, and the surrounding countryside—Wenlock Edge, the Long Mynd, Clee Hill, Mortimer Forest and Offa's Dyke Path—all sit within reach for day trips. No smoking inside the property.

Lovely cottages, great rural location for walking and good access to the local towns, nice bed linen, Andrea is a super host and my dog was welcomed ❤️

What a gorgeous place. Like staying in your own little hamlet. Andrea was always on hand to help, although the only help we needed was that we wanted to stay longer. Everything on site was exactly as described, with the basics provided (appropriate cleaning products, linens etc) and the cottage clean, warm and comfortable with lots of charm. To tip: Vaughn’s in Ludlow for a takeaway hog roast lunch, with a bottle of local Fletchers cider from the market or brewery shops

Absolutely brilliant place and a nice location! we stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute! the host andrea is very welcoming and helpful and the cottage itself is nice and cosy after big walks in the surrounding areas! it's dog friendly and also as a ev charger! Couldn't find any faults 👍

We spent two weeks here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The cottage was just right for our family of three, and our three-year-old loved having the freedom to run around outside, play with the chickens, and explore. Andrea was a wonderful host, so kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. All in all, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
