Sunnybank is a detached cottage built in the 1800s, standing within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Herefordshire. The house spreads across two floors with four bedrooms—a super king, a king, and two pairs of singles—plus two bathrooms and a shower room. It sleeps eight and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
The ground floor centres on a kitchen/dining room with two ovens, a dishwasher and space to cook for a group. There's a living room with a woodburner, a second sitting room with Freeview and a DVD player, plus a utility room with laundry facilities. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included; the initial load of wood for the burner is covered too. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests.
Outside, the property commands 3½ acres of grounds with woodland and a stream. The immediate garden—about 1½ acres—is enclosed, lawned and furnished with seating and a patio. A games room holds a table tennis table and snooker table. Parking is on site and there's a bike store. The grounds slope and the stream is fenced. Pony trekking, canoeing, walking and mountain biking are all within reach; the nearest shop and pub are three miles away. No smoking indoors.
