What visitors say
Absolutely ruddy love this place. Been on both the adult nights (last Thursday of the month) and during the day. It’s a great day out for both adults and children. All the staff are amazing and very accommodating. Do you think about this place when you’re looking for your next date, day out with the kids or just an afternoon to destress. Thanks so much for having us KT and Spannah Xxxxx

It was a wonderful experience to paint our own ceramics with my 2 daughters (3 and 6 years), today I collected the artefact and they looked soooooooo nice!!!!! The ladies are so patient and lovely with the children, (we took a great while to decide what to paint!!). The place itself has character and I found it very relaxing. There are toilets on the premises and they offer birthday parties for a small amount of children as well as adult only sessions (a stress free no kids around painting session) The premises itself are cosy and supplies are included in the final price! We will definitely come back with the whole family to create a family plate. The ceramic can be used for food. A bonus point is that there is a parking 2 minutes walking distance and also a cafe' with italian gelato as well as a park nearby, so you can get a morning out of it! GREAT FUN THANK YOU

I’ve been a few times to this ceramic shop and I think it is awful. Firstly it is filthy, it’s covered in dust, the floor is grubby and everything is covered in paint- they don’t even bother covering the tables. You’re given a pot of half broken paint brushes and left to get on with it. There are no paper towels to dry your brushes, the sink area to wash your hands is grim and if you’re unlucky enough to be one of the last customers of the day then you get to use a grubby soaking wet hand towel. The two girls that work there on the weekend are the least welcoming- they really can’t be bothered! They look up at you when you come in, point to a table that’s free and then spend the rest of the time on their phones. The atmosphere is cold- no music playing, white filthy walls and a freezing cold shop… Recently I spent close to £70 on my kids and I couldn’t wait to leave… the girls working there made it awkward from the moment I arrived to the moment I paid to leave- oh and heaven forbid you should ask them to find your painted work from before; rolled eyes and an attitude. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

!!!PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING!! We made our experience good , but other than that everything was really bad . We booked the party room for my kids birthday so i came the night before to put some decorations on and i was promised everything would be clean the next day ! We came the next day on time to find out a full garbage bag in the room , i had to bring my own vacuum to clean up the room , the bathroom was so dirty i went in and scrubbed everything before my guests arrive ! The attendant available on the day was amazing and tried to help out as much as possible but the girls that were before her didnt clean anything ! The cherry on top was we had to clean up after ourselves on our own time because another group had booked right after us even though i was assured they would give 30 min for cleanup between reservations ! And some lady kept coming in to check if we're finished !
