The new owners are doing a really good job to get this lovely Inn up and running again. They are still in the throws of renovating it. However, they are prepared to bend overs backwards to be helpful and are doing an excellent job.

Called in for Sunday Lunch and was made immediately welcome by Kieron. We ordered the shin of Beef and the Lamb and the food was amazing. The beef melted in your mouth and the mash was delicious too. Our little dog equally loved it and was made a fuss off. Definitely worth a stop off on your travels.

We popped in on boxing day for a quick drink. The chap behind the bar was very friendly & drinks were reasonably priced. Very quiet when we visited but no doubt it's much busier in the summer. We didn't eat but saw food being delivered to a table and it looked great!
