Kinder Scout and the surrounding moorland are on your doorstep at Dewsnaps Frost, a converted barn split over two storeys with its own enclosed garden. The High Peak location puts you within walking distance of some of the region's most popular routes, while Chinley, Hayfield and Chapel-en-le-Frith are only 3 miles away by car. Buxton lies 15 minutes further, and Castleton, Bakewell, Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Lyme Park and Eyam are all reachable within half an hour. Chinley station—on the Manchester to Sheffield line—sits 1.5 miles off, making it possible to combine a walk from the property with a train journey to Edale or other Hope Valley stops.

The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Downstairs holds a living room with wood burner and a kitchen/dining space equipped for full self-catering; upstairs are the bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and television, the other with a zip-and-link super kingsize (or two singles on request) plus a bath with shower over. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, as are initial logs for the burner. On-site parking, an enclosed garden with seating, a bike store and an electric car charging point are all available. No smoking throughout.
