High Peak

Hayfield is a working village in the heart of the High Peak, surrounded by some of England's best walking country. Kinder Scout, the Pennine Way and the Sett Valley Trail all start from nearby, and the village itself is lined with pubs, cafés and restaurants. The Weavers House occupies the first floor of a listed building right in the centre, putting you within a minute's walk of the local amenities and a short drive from Glossop, Edale, Castleton, Buxton and Bakewell.
The studio is open-plan throughout: a living area with TV and streaming services, a kitchen with gas hob and electric oven for proper cooking, and a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a shower room and a sitting-out area with garden furniture. A medium-sized dog stays free. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all provided, and the property is yours alone for the duration of your stay. On-road parking is available outside.
This suits couples looking for a comfortable base to explore the surrounding hills and valleys, or somewhere quiet for a winter retreat. The village shop is 175 yards away and a pub serving food is 65 yards from the door. No smoking indoors.
