The Willow Barn
High Peak
The Willow Barn is a converted barn with character that comes from its original structure—vaulted ceilings and exposed beams shape the spaces inside, particularly the first-floor sitting room where a woodburning stove provides warmth on cooler evenings. Set at the end of a quiet lane on the edge of a village, it sits within an acre of private gardens with patio seating overlooking the Manifold Valley.
Two bedrooms sleep four: a double with ensuite shower room on the first floor, and a twin on the ground floor, which also has access to a separate bathroom with bath and electric shower. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and separate utility room. Spiral stairs connect the ground floor to the upper sitting room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property is yours alone, with off-road parking.
Warslow village, with a traditional pub within a mile's walk, sits nearby. The Manifold Trail—following the route of the old Leek to Manifold Light Railway—runs through the valley and is popular for walking and cycling. The High Peak itself offers limestone valleys, moorland and access to the wider Peak District National Park. No smoking inside.
