Easy to get to. Very clean rooms and professional staff. Ten minutes from the train station and good parking although you have to pay for it. We used it as a base to get to Wembley without the hassle of actually staying in London.

The manager for the day when we arrived for early check in was ALI, He was polite and helpful. DELLA was amazing, so helpful, polite and has a great welcoming smile. As long as she is working there I will tell everyone to stay and ask for her. Stayed 27th June - 29th June 2026

Lovely staff, good breakfast, dinner and good location, but one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in. Every time the person upstairs was walking around it made the door to my room rattle. The smell of damp and mould in the room was so strong, the AC was good but with the windows unable to open, there was obviously a damp problem in the room. Mould on the bathroom door too and loads of condensation around the windows. I checked the reviews on here, and this room is clearly a problem the hotel are aware of as somebody else has advised not to stay in room 106 due to damp. I’m not sure why you would still let customers stay in there.

I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
