Ballachulish sits on the edge of the West Highlands, close enough to the coast for island trips by boat or ferry, and surrounded by mountains that draw walkers, climbers and cyclists. Bidean Lodge is a detached single-storey property on the outskirts of the village, positioned between sea and peaks—a base for exploring everything from Glencoe to the islands of Loch Leven.
The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite bathroom, a double, and two further rooms with single beds each. There are three bathrooms in total. Downstairs is open-plan, with a sitting and dining area that opens onto decking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The property sits on just over an acre, with an enclosed garden, patio and seating, plus parking for up to six cars.
A mile away, the sea is accessible for water sports or coastal walks. Local restaurants and pubs are within reach, and a shop lies three-quarters of a mile off. The single-storey layout means everything is on the ground floor. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking inside the property.
