Caledon

Aviemore sits at the heart of the Cairngorms, surrounded by mountains, forest and lochs. Caledon is a detached bungalow within the village itself, a ten-minute walk from the town centre with its pubs, restaurants and shops. A pub is closer still, just under a mile away. The setting gives you both easy access to the area's outdoor activities and the comfort of being near everyday amenities.

Everything is on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite with bath and shower; two further bedrooms hold a double and three singles (one suitable for flexible use). A second bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab rail and shower seat. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering—cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave—and opens to a breakfast area. There's a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A living and dining room has a Freeview Smart TV. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and seating looks onto the surrounding trees. Parking for three cars and a bike store are on site. The property is not suitable for smoking, and one dog is welcome.
