Craigellachie Cottage

This detached cottage dates back two centuries and retains the character that comes with age. It sits on its own with countryside views, an enclosed lawned garden with seating areas, and parking for two cars. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

Inside there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a living room with a woodburning stove, Freeview TV and a CD player. Wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included; heating runs October to April. No smoking indoors.

The cottage works well for outdoor activities. Castle Stuart Golf Links is 2 miles away; forest trails suitable for mountain biking are nearby; Loch Ness and the Moray coast are within reach for watersports. Inverness is 7 miles away. Culloden Battlefield, Fort George and Cawdor Castle are all close by. There is a shop 1 mile away and a pub serving food 3 miles off.
