We are so glad we started our tour of Scotland by staying at Doura Lodge. The owners are wonderful!!! So friendly, knowledgeable, and they cook a delicious breakfast!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the views were breathtaking! And it is very close to all the must see sights. Culloden, Clava Cairn, multiple castles, Fort George AND Inverness is only a short drive away. Stay here!! You won't regret it!

Doura Lodge is in a beautiful location just out of Inverness. The scenery is spectacular. The rooms are beautiful. Emma and Josef are wonderful and welcoming hosts.

Great location for some peace and quiet. Josef and Emma are fantastic hosts who go that extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. Lovely room with fantastic views into the local hills. Breakfast a delight with locally sourced produce. You have to stay here for a few days to take in the local historical attractions. Highly recommended.
