Delmhor No4

Delmhor No4 is a single-storey cottage sleeping six, positioned on the edge of Aviemore with direct access to Rothiemurchas Estate and the road up to Cairngorm Mountain. The whole property is yours alone, with space to spread out: three bedrooms (a double with ensuite, a second double, and twin singles), two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area centred on a woodburner. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave—and there's a washer if you're staying longer.

Outside, the garden includes a covered hot tub that fits all six of you, plus seating and furniture. Parking for two cars is on site. One dog is welcome. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered, and the heating runs on oil. Aviemore town centre is within walking distance if you want shops, cafes or restaurants, but the real draw here is proximity to the mountains and estates—this is walking and outdoor country. No smoking inside.
