Aviemore's cycle network starts on the doorstep, and a pub sits within a mile of No.76. The Cairngorms are close enough for day trips, making this a practical base for families wanting both outdoor activity and comfortable downtime. The caravan itself is a two-bedroom place sleeping four, set within a park where you get your own parking and outdoor space with a gas barbecue and garden furniture.

Everything is on one level. The open-plan living area holds a Smart TV and Xbox, a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, and a kitchen equipped to cook proper meals rather than make do. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own toilet; the other has twin beds suitable for children. A separate bathroom with shower completes the layout. Essentials like heating, electricity, bedlinen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with a welcome pack. A shed on site stores bikes. One dog is welcome.

The decking area outside works for evening barbecues while children play. A travel cot and highchair are available. Note that no smoking is permitted in the caravan.
