Wooded slopes rise behind this detached house in the Northern Highlands, four miles from Drumnadrochit village and Loch Ness. The setting is quiet and rural, yet close enough to reach the village restaurants and bars within minutes by car, or to walk to Loch Miekle in five minutes on foot. Inverness lies 18 miles south, and the Moray coastline—beaches among the world's most unspoilt—is within reach for a day trip.

The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. Downstairs, a king bed with an adjoining wet room (adjustable toilet seat, grab rails, shower seat) and a separate living area make this floor fully adapted for less mobile visitors. Upstairs are a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with two singles. The kitchen is fitted for actual cooking: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog or cat can stay free of charge. There is parking for two cars and a large garden with patio seating. No smoking inside.

Urquhart Castle stands on the loch's edge nearby; Jacobite boat trips depart from the village. Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor, Brodie and Fort George are all within reasonable driving distance for those interested in Scottish history.
