Torcroft Lodges

We stayed at cabin number 3, we felt at home right away. The location is amazing and not to far from everything where you want to go. The cabin is well equipped and you can cook anything you want. The beds and shower are good and the washing machine is very handy to have. The local kitty was a sweet one and funny. We even had a BBQ in the parking lot. We had a great stay and I am looking forward to come back in a few years.

Getting here is a challenge if you miss reading sign boards. Once you get here, we got warm welcome by Simon. Rooms are spacious which includes Living room with TV, room heaters in each room, open kitchen with amenities, one double bed room and one children room (2 single beds) and a bathroom. It is a single detached house so you have your own privacy with an open garden view. Free Parking is available which is an added advantage. For kids, toys, ball, cards, reading books are available. The area is a pin drop silence ideal for reading, a good sleep specially if you are exhausted after day long travels.

Lucy and Simon are the most thoughtful hosts. They've gone out of their way to make sure the lodges are a home away from home, leaving very sweet touches like hot water bottles, electric blankets, first aid supplies, knife sharpeners, and more. We stayed a few weeks, and Lucy made sure to come and change our linen and towels in that time. Very clean and comfortable, quiet and warm. We stayed in the pet friendly lodge and our pets were made very welcome. Great value for money; we will be returning customers, for sure! For recreation, we recommend the nearby Plodda Falls for a visit, especially after heavy rain - just amazing. Also, there's a delicious café in Beauly called Biagiotti, but get there early or they may run out of food, they're so popular. Thank you guys, for a wonderful stay.

Once again Lucy and Simon have pulled out all the stops. Excellent and newly decorated lodges, with that home from home experience. Everything supplied to enable you to enjoy your stay. The lodges are set in beautiful grounds, a peaceful and relaxing area but not too far from local shops and only a 30 min drive from Inverness city centre. Clean, comfortable lodges and exceptional hosts. Those nice little welcoming touches made all the difference. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Torcroft Lodges. Well done Lucy and Simon, my 4th time staying here and i will be back in the future. 5 stars.
