Brora sits on the northeast coast of the Highlands, a quieter settlement than many Scottish coastal towns, with direct access to beaches and open countryside. The area draws walkers, golfers and those wanting to slow down by the sea; Clynelish Distillery and Brora Golf Club are nearby, and the Co-op on Gower Street handles everyday shopping.
Middledrift Cottage is a single-storey property sleeping four across two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower. Downstairs you have a living room with a sofa bed, a separate dining room, a conservatory, and a kitchen equipped to cook properly—oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washer dryer all there. The essentials like wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels come as standard. One dog stays free of charge.
The cottage backs onto an enclosed garden with a patio, seating and a portable barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site. It's roughly a quarter-mile from the sea, close enough that a short walk gets you to the beach. No smoking indoors.

Excellent cottage for a short or long break with the kids. Comfortable. Great parking. Good facilities on site. Large garden area for pick-nicks or the kids to play some soft tennis. Close to a fantastic beach. Dunrobin Castle is 10 minutes away and a must go to attraction in this area. Castle of May, Wick, Thurso all close with some great sites to see. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Very comfortable apartment/cottage. Lovely garden, spacious rooms and comfy bedrooms. Really nice, spacious & comfortable conservatory. Kitchen area perfectly for home cook ups. Parking right outside the door. Good shopping amenities within 5 minutes walk. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Recommend this cottage for a great well located stay. Excellent transport lines from Inverness. Close to Dunrobin Castle Lairg and Wick. Highly recommended.

And exceptionally clean cottage which was well equipped. Very comfortable beds. The hosts where friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return.

Stayed at this cottage last week and would definitely stay there again. Well situated for walking our two dogs on either of the beaches in Brora. The accommodation was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. Kitchen also very well equipped and good wifi. Look forward to returning next year
