From Pleasant Point, the Northern Highlands unfold in all directions. The Moray Coast's fishing villages are reachable by car, as are the distilleries along the Whisky Trail. Inverness, Loch Ness and Culloden Battlefield lie within short drives; the west coast makes a full day's expedition. On foot or by bike, mountain terrain, golf courses and water sports are accessible nearby, though the beach is just a mile away if you prefer a gentler outing.

This detached cottage stands on the Black Isle near Rosemarkie, with everything on ground level. The open-plan living space contains a sofa bed and dining area; the bedroom holds a double and single bed, plus a television. The kitchen is fitted for self-catering—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and full fridge. An ensuite shower room serves the sleeping quarters. Electricity, heating, wifi and towels are provided; bed linen comes with the booking.

The cottage takes one pet free of charge. The garden is enclosed, parking for two cars sits on site, and there's a private patio. Smoking is not permitted inside. Two miles away you'll find shops, pubs and restaurants in Rosemarkie itself.
