Riverfoot
Highland
Riverfoot opens directly into a living space with dining area and kitchen running through the ground floor. The living room has a television and DVD player; through patio doors lies a garden with furniture and a portable barbecue. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher—alongside a utility room with washing machine. Two bedrooms occupy the upper floor: one with a super king bed and ensuite shower, the other with two single beds served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. The property sleeps four and comes with bed linen, towels and WiFi included; oil central heating and electricity are covered. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The cottage sits in Glenelg, a village on the Highland coast where the surrounding area supports otters in the nearby river and offers good walking country through woodlands. History runs deep here—Iron Age brochs including Dun Telve and Dun Troddan are within reach, along with Sandaig Bay further along the coast. The setting suits families and couples looking for a base to explore both the natural landscape and the archaeological heritage of this part of Scotland. On-site parking is provided. Smoking is not permitted inside.
