The Annexe at Cuiltean

The Annexe at Cuiltean spreads across two levels, with the bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs. You walk into a split-level layout designed to feel spacious: downstairs, a kingsize bed sits in its own room with a shower room attached; upstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge flow together, with large doors leading to your private balcony. The view from there takes in the surrounding landscape, and you're within walking distance of the Caledonian Canal.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave among the basics—and there's a coffee machine for mornings. Heating (oil and underfloor), electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. A utility room on the ground floor has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, plus storage for outdoor kit like bikes, kayaks or skis. The enclosed grounds include a sitting-out area with garden furniture and room for two cars to park. An electric car charging point is available for an extra fee (you'll need to bring your own fast charging cable). No smoking inside.
