The Cottage

Open the door to The Cottage and you step into a single-storey layout built around comfort and ease. The living and dining room is the main space, with a woodburner, a smart TV and patio doors that lead straight out to the garden. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge—and a separate utility room holds a washing machine and freezer. Two bedrooms sit along the corridor: one with a double bed and one with two singles. A bathroom with bath and shower completes the picture.
The cottage is in Arivegaig, on the road towards Acharacle after crossing the Corran Ferry. An enclosed front garden with seating overlooks the surroundings, and parking for one car is on site. The beach is within easy reach, and a walk of around three miles leads to Singing Sands. Central heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; a travel cot is available if needed. The property is non-smoking. Note that the garden has two steps.
This corner of the Highlands draws people for walking, exploring the nearby forests, and the slow rhythm of coastal life. The drive to reach it takes in views of Glenfinnan viaduct, and the landscape shifts through seasons—purple heather in autumn, snow on the hills in winter, long summer evenings that stretch to midnight.
