The Steading Apartment

The Steading Apartment is a ground-floor conversion where everything opens onto one another. You step into a living space with French doors straight onto the garden, a dining area flows through to a kitchen fitted with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and wine cooler, and a utility room houses the washing machine. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms mean six guests can spread across a kingsize, a super-kingsize and a single room (plus a pull-out single bed), with one en-suite and a separate toilet alongside the main bathroom.

The apartment sits in a residential corner of Aviemore, close enough to the village that a ten-minute walk gets you to shops, restaurants and cafés. Aviemore itself is in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and operates year-round as a base for skiing, hillwalking, climbing and wildlife watching – the area holds red deer, pine martens and occasionally wildcats. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, parking for two cars and all bed linen and towels are provided. The property is non-smoking.
