Waterfall Cottage

Built from stone and set against a hillside in Glendale on the Isle of Skye, Waterfall Cottage is a traditional detached property with genuine character. The building centres on a working open fire, which provides warmth and atmosphere through ground-floor rooms. Upstairs, the cottage is compact but properly laid out, with two bedrooms and one bathroom serving the whole property.

The ground floor contains a sitting room with the fire and Freeview TV, plus a combined kitchen and dining space equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and initial fuel for the fire are all included. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Upstairs are a double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) and a twin room with two single beds (3ft each). A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The garden is lawned with furniture outside, and there is private parking for two cars. No smoking is permitted inside.

Glendale sits in open landscape with views across the scattered community towards the sea. The location works well for walking, climbing and mountain biking; boat trips and other activities are within reach. The property is accessed via a rough track, so a car is advisable. Guests arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am.
