Hotel is good enough to stay for one night only. Rooms were clean, bedding was white and fresh. But expected more, after reading very good reviews. In reality Hotel is very average, nothing special. No chance to have proper shower as no water pressure. Massive complaints about water pressure ( room 6, but heard about the same problem in other rooms). You can order hot breakfast £12.95 or continental. There is a small bar on the ground floor.10£ for car park for the night. Make sure you bring your ear plugs. Location is good, close to high street. Staff- mixed feelings. On departure no one even asked about our stay. Overall- okeish stay for the money we paid.

Great family run hotel. Rooms are lovely and clean. Beds are super comfortable. Restaurant is small but nice. We had dinner and breakfast and the prices are reasonable with generous portion sizes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would just say if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the road as it can be noisy but didnt bother us. The nice thing is that the windows in the rooms open up, it was a very hot day so the breeze was welcoming.

Great for overnight pre travel stop. Food was ok, standard pub stuff. Room was small but all functioning. Pillows were rubbish and need sorting out. Decent beers. £13 Uber to airport which is cheaper than their £18 transfer.

Really pleasant experience. A last minute booking for 3 rooms after our original choice let us down. Lady on the desk was lovely and even upgraded one of our rooms free of charge! Clean rooms & comfortable beds.
