I really like this place. Stayed several times now. A little shabby in places but very clean. They can provide an excellent evening meal and the buffet breakfast is more than adequate. Ideally placed on several bus routes to both terminals of the airport or they will provide a reasonably priced shuttle if that's your preference.

We booked to stay for one night before a flight early in the morning. The receptionist (manager/owner I think) was so welcoming and lovely and you could smell the food from the reception area- it smelt amazing! Uber's were charging £40 for a 3 minute drive but luckily the hotel staff offered transportation for a fixed rate of £22- not super cheap but very reliable! Same man took us to the airport at 4am and was so nice. Rooms were standard hotel rooms with tea, coffee etc and we found our room to do just the trick. Would definitely stay again!

Good value for money compared with other Gatwick hotels. The airport pickup is convenient—it's not cheap, but neither is an Uber, even though the hotel is less than 2 miles from the airport. The room was clean and decent, with no A/C and no fan. If you open the windows, there will be lots of road noise. The hotel restaurant was okay, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Turn left out of the hotel to reach a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood and a nice small town center. I'd stay here again for an overnight airport stop.

Room wasn’t good at all, but it was a means to and end for travel to Gatwick. An odd ‘aroma’ in the rooms. Desperate need of updating. Sink is in the main bedroom. Bedding wasn’t fantastic. Lovely hosts though and the restaurant they have is nice. Whilst we didn’t eat we can’t comment on food quality.
